The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding professional business carried out from an office in the United States of America or Canada and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the United States of America or Canada.
Complaints can be made by contacting the director, Emma Lockwood. In the event of your not being satisfied by our response, you may also bring the matter to the attention of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Details of any other dispute resolution procedure applicable to an engagement will be contained in the relevant letter of engagement.
